A cruise operator in connection with its restructuring and $70,000,000 private equity backed financing
Funds and banks on a number of syndicated and bilateral facilities made available to various shipowning companies
A shipowning group in connection with the restructuring of its sale and leaseback arrangements
A Greek construction company in connection with the issue of a €300,000,000 bond on the Athens Stock Exchange
