Mack represents international and regional private investment fund sponsors on a wide range of private investment fund related matters, with a particular focus on private investment fund structuring and formation, co-investments and secondary transactions.

Since joining Kirkland, Mack advised:
HarbourVest Partners and LGT Capital Partners as lead investors in a c.US$700 million single-asset continuation vehicle managed by ChrysCapital, which acquired ChrysCapital VI’s stake in the National Stock Exchange of India
Cathay Life Insurance in the sale of limited partner interests in 17 infrastructure funds, with the total amount of the portfolio of around US$812 million
Prior to joining Kirkland, Mack advised on the following matters:
Fund sponsors based in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Korea and Australia on the formation of various private investment funds targeting investments in private equity, private credit, venture capital and real estate
Large Chinese institutions based in Hong Kong and Mainland China on the formation of various private investment funds and secondary transactions
