The transaction included a $275 million new-money investment into a super senior debt tranche and an uptier exchange of more than 98% of existing first lien term loans, 100% of existing revolving commitments and more than 91% of existing second lien term loans that captured significant debt discount
• ABRY portfolio company Alvaria, a multinational software company selling call center and customer experience software technology, in a liability management transaction involving a dropdown of intellectual property into a non-guarantor restricted subsidiary and an exchange of existing first lien and second lien debt into newly issued secured debt of the non-guarantor restricted subsidiary, further backed by a double dip secured intercompany loan
• Warburg portfolio company, Sweeping Corporation of America, a leading provider of street sweeping services, in connection with a new money investment and out-of-court recapitalization of its more than $400 million in funded debt
• Partners Group portfolio company Careismatic, a leading provider of clothing and uniforms in the medical space, in connection with DIP financing for its Chapter 11 restructuring involving more than $800 million in funded debt
• Warburg portfolio company Consolidated Precision Products, a leading manufacturer of highly complex components for the commercial aerospace market, in connection with a refinancing of its existing secured debt and issuance of preferred equity as part of a complicated amend and extend transaction involving more than $1.3 billion in funded debt

• Genesis Care Pty Ltd, one of the world’s largest integrated oncology organizations, in the roll-up DIP financing for its Chapter 11 restructuring involving $1.7 billion in funded debt
• Wahoo Fitness, a global leader in smart fitness and training for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, in an out-of-court recapitalization that provided significant liquidity and fully eliminated all of Wahoo's existing debt
• David’s Bridal, the nation’s largest provider of wedding gowns and other special occasion apparel, in a rescue financing and its subsequent Chapter 11 cases with approximately $260 million of funded debt
• U.S. Renal Care, the nation's largest privately held and fastest growing kidney care provider, in its successful refinancing and deleveraging transactions that significantly reduced debt, lowered annual interest expense by approximately 20 percent and raised $328 million in new capital to enhance future growth

• Canopy Growth Corporation, a publically traded leading cannabis products company, in its $750 million senior secured term loan, provided by funds advised by King Street Capital Management, L.P., which also provides for up to an additional $500 million of incremental senior secured debt
• Goodlife Fitness Centres, the leading fitness club operator in Canada, in connection with a refinancing of all of its existing debt facilities with a senior secured term loan, provided by funds advised by King Street and Centerbridge
• Foresight Energy, a leading coal producer, in connection with debtor-in-possession financing for its bankruptcy and $150 million in secured exit financing, and in connection with a prior $920 million refinancing of existing senior secured credit facilities and $400 million second lien financing
• Red Robin, a national restaurant chain in the casual dining space, in connection with a $225 million first lien term loan borrowed from a leading direct lender

Additionally, after consummation of the out-of-court recapitalization, represented the company in connection with more than $100 million in super priority financings
• Expro Holdings, a leading international provider of well flow management services to the oil and gas industry, in its prepackaged Chapter 11 case, including in connection with debtor-in-possession financings
• Certain subsidiaries of CGG S.A. in their prenegotiated Chapter 11 cases by which the company and its subsidiaries equitized approximately $2 billion of unsecured debt through concurrent restructuring proceedings in France and the United States
• Lion Capital, as secured lender and equity sponsor, in the Chapter 11 cases of Alex and Ani, a customizable jewelry company. The restructuring plan allowed the company to reorganize its balance sheet, optimize its retail lease portfolio, resolve litigation involving the company’s founder, and convert the company’s $127 million of prepetition secured debt into 100% of the reorganized company’s equity
• Glass Mountain, the owner of a 450-mile pipeline providing crude oil transportation and storage services, in a comprehensive restructuring with its equity sponsor and secured lenders that resulted in a reduction of over $230 million in debt
