Overview

Brian Wolfe is a corporate partner at Kirkland. He is also an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis, where he teaches courses on Private Equity Transactions and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. Brian concentrates his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, equity incentive arrangements, private financings, public company transactions, private equity fund formations, restructurings and general corporate counseling.

Brian has represented numerous private equity firms including Bain Capital, Thomas H. Lee Partners, Sun Capital, GTCR, Frontenac Company, Olympus Partners, Pritzker Group Private Capital and Hickory Street Capital. He also advises many portfolio companies.

Brian joined Kirkland in 2008, and has been a partner of the Firm since 2013.
