• Forest Road Acquisition Corp.’s (NYSE: FRX) acquisition of The Beachbody Company Group, LLC and Myx Fitness Holdings, LLC
• The $1.12 billion acquisition of Smart & Final Stores, Inc. by Apollo Global Management, LLC
