Antin Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of Consilium Safety Group.
The Jordan Company on the financing aspects of its acquisition of Global Transport Solutions, an international logistics service provider.
A variety of sponsors and portfolio companies in relation to the refinancing, repricing and upsizing of their ongoing financing arrangements.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Malcolm worked on the following matters, advising:
A private equity-backed purchaser in a £730 million unitranche facility for an acquisition of a company within the hospitality industry.
Lenders in a US$200 million syndicated facility for the borrower’s multi-jurisdictional acquisition of a company within the irrigation industry.
Lenders in a US$590 million syndicated facility in relation to the development of cobalt and copper mines in a central African jurisdiction.
