Valeriya Zavyalova is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represents private equity sponsors, investment management firms and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and financings.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Valeriya was an associate at another international law firm in New York.
