Roni Zveiris

Roni Zveiris is a corporate associate in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Roni's practice is focused on complex corporate and commercial transactions in the private equity space, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, as well as advising companies with respect to corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Roni was a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm where he acted for both strategic acquirers and financial sponsors.
