In a survey of Fortune 250 companies conducted by IP Worldwide, Kirkland ranked third amongst firms to which companies turn for intellectual property work. Kirkland also tied for third among primary litigation firms in the "Courtroom Warriors" category, and tied for third among primary counseling, licensing and prosecution firms in the "IP Counselors" category.
