This is a well-run operation proffering private equity expertise from seven offices, of which Chicago and New York are at the forefront for fund formation expertise. The team acts for major limited partners and general partners on the formation of funds, using expertise from the firm's respected tax, ERISA and securities departments. "Economically, technically and strategically, the group's advice is watertight," conceded sources.
