The Firm: The firm's institutional client base and its wealth of experience in the M&A market has attracted a wide clientele seeking its ITO expertise in particular. Its client base includes a heavy component of financial services institutions and manufacturers on the customer side.  On the service provider side, the team has recently advised an IT consulting company, a Big Four accounting firm, a supply chain management software company and a global real estate services company.

The Lawyers: Chicago-based Gregg Kirchhoefer is head of the firm's IP and technology practice group.  His recent work includes a broad-based outsourcing initiative for a financial services company, involving call centers, F&A and human resources aspects.  He has also been acting for a manufacturing client in an ITO involving a variety of support functions, such as putting in place a new ERP system.
