  • Named in the second and tenth largest bankruptcy emergences of 2010 — General Growth Properties, Inc. with $29.6 million in assets and Visteon Corporation with $5.25 billion in assets
  • Named in the second and ninth largest bankruptcy filings of 2010 — Corus Bankshares, Inc. with $8.4 million in assets and The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. with $2.8 million in assets.
