- Ranked 1st by number of filings in the "Bankruptcy" category
- Ranked 2nd by number of deals in the "Private Equity" category
- Ranked 3rd by value in the "Asset-Backed Securities" category
- Ranked 3rd by number of deals in the "M&A" category
- Ranked 3rd by value in the "Private Equity" category
- Ranked 4th by number of issues in the "Corporate Debt (high-yield)" category
- Ranked 4th by value in the "Corporate Debt (high-yield)" category
- Ranked 5th in issuers counsel by value in the "Non-U.S. IPOs" category
- Named in the second and tenth largest bankruptcy emergences of 2010 — General Growth Properties, Inc. with $29.6 million in assets and Visteon Corporation with $5.25 billion in assets
- Named in the second and ninth largest bankruptcy filings of 2010 — Corus Bankshares, Inc. with $8.4 million in assets and The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. with $2.8 million in assets.
