Top 75 Leading IP Litigators

The Daily Journal selected partners Luke Dauchot and Alexander MacKinnon for inclusion on its annual list of the 75 leading intellectual property lawyers in California. Lawyers were chosen based on their work on significant cases since January 2010 that had an impact on the larger world of intellectual property or the development of law.

The publication highlighted Mr. Dauchot's work for clients Alcatel-Lucent, Medtronic and Biedermann Motech GmbH, and Mr. MacKinnon's work for Limelight Networks, DIRECTV Inc. and Teva Women's Health Inc.
