The Deal Awards Europe 2019

The Deal honored Kirkland & Ellis with two awards at the annual Deal Europe Awards.

Kirkland was named “Consumer, Retail, Food & Beverage Law Firm of the Year.” The Firm was also awarded “Restructuring Deal of the Year” for its work on the financial restructuring of BMI Healthcare Ltd. Kirkland advised the creditors – Centerbridge Partners LP and KKR and Co. LP – in the restructuring.

The second annual awards program hosted by The Deal recognizes the advisors and service providers who power the deal economy. Honorees were selected based on peer nominations and interviews with analysts and experts.
