Litigation Trailblazers 2020

The National Law Journal named Kirkland & Ellis partner Atif Khawaja to its 2020 edition of “Litigation Trailblazers.” Atif was profiled, in part, for his successful representation of United Airlines in defeating a preliminary injunction by Expedia in a case involving the ability to book flights as the agreement between the two parties ended.
