FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2020

FinanceAsia honored Kirkland & Ellis with “Venture Capital/Private Equity Deal of the Year” at its Achievement Awards 2020. The Firm was recognized for representing, as international co-counsel, an investor consortium in the $8.7 billion take-private of 58.com, China’s largest online classifieds marketplace. The investor consortium was comprised of Warburg Pincus Asia, General Atlantic Singapore, Ocean Link Partners, and Mr. Jinbo Yao, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of 58.com.
