ACG Houston Deal of the Year 2020

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston honored Kirkland & Ellis with “Energy (Strategic) Deal of the Year” at its fourth annual Deal of the Year Awards. Kirkland was noted for its work in the representation of BJ Services, LLC and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
