Law Firm of the Year 2022

U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers named Kirkland & Ellis the 2022 "Law Firm of the Year" in both Commercial Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions Law as part of the 12th edition of its "Best Law Firms” rankings. Only one law firm in each of the nationally ranked practice areas is designated as the Law Firm of the Year. Kirkland received the awards based on feedback from clients and peers.
