Large Market Deal of the Year 2022

Buyouts has recognized Greenbriar Equity’s sale of Radwell International to CVC Capital as its 2022 “Large Market Deal of the Year.” Kirkland represented Greenbriar in the initial acquisition and subsequent sale of Radwell, a distribution and light manufacturing business that provides new and refurbished industrial automation components for the repair and maintenance of production and processing equipment on plant floors. Following its initial investment in Radwell in 2020, and concluding with the sale to CVC in April 2022, Greenbriar generated the highest return in its 20-plus-year history.
