The publication noted David as “one of the most well-known names in private equity law,” one who “has helped propel Kirkland to become one of the most successful sponsor-focused practices in the region.” Alvaro, meanwhile, was noted as “a seasoned private equity lawyer” who has “spearheaded a raft of big-ticket deals” since joining Kirkland last year.
