Kirkland Partner Ryan Harris Named to Family Capital's List of Top Family Enterprise Advisors 2024

Family Capital named Kirkland & Ellis partner Ryan Harris to its “FamCap 50 Advisors” list, recognizing the world’s top advisors to family enterprises in finance, law, executive search, consultancy, training and more.

Ryan was recognized for advising on matters related to finance and complex remuneration structures. Those who nominated him said he’s “one of the world’s top lawyers for family offices.” He leads Kirkland’s Private Investment & Family Office Practice and advises family offices on M&A, structuring traditional and alternative family office vehicles, management carry programs, key employee co-invest vehicles and cash management systems to support cash flow needs of families and their investment vehicles.
