The New York Law Journal named Kirkland transactional partner Maggie Flores a Rising Star as part of its 2024 New York Legal Awards.

Maggie represents an extensive roster of clients ranging from blue chip public companies to bulge bracket private equity sponsors to prominent private companies who tap her for their most complex and transformative transactions, including structuring and negotiating domestic and internal mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, de-SPAC transactions and other recapitalizations and strategic transactions.
