Kirkland & Ellis’ European Restructuring Team was named “Restructuring Team of the Year” at the Legal Business Awards 2024 for the team’s role advising global engineering and infrastructure group, McDermott International, on its highly-contested multibillion-dollar restructuring. Kirkland’s private equity team was also “Highly Commended” for advising KKR on its acquisition of Telecom Italia’s fixed-line network. The awards celebrate the very best in the legal profession.
