Kirkland Partner Emily Geier Named to ABI’s 2024 "40 Under 40"

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) named Kirkland & Ellis partner Emily Geier to its 2024 “40 Under 40” list, which identifies the top insolvency professionals under age 40 and spotlights emerging leaders in the field. Emily will be honored as part of ABI’s Winter Leadership Conference on December 13.

Emily, who practices in Kirkland’s New York office, focuses on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
