Private Equity Rising Stars 2024

Law.com International named Kirkland & Ellis partners Dipak Bhundia and Lloyd Robertson-Jones to its 2024 list of “Rising Stars: The Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers in the UK and Europe” through their involvement in several major transactions. Dipak was particularly noted for his involvement on the well-publicized purchase of Hargraves Lansdown by a consortium of private equity investors for approximately £5.4 billion. Lloyd was credited for his work on complex deals including The Ardonagh Group's $5 billion refinancing – an early example of the trend, throughout 2024, of the syndicated loan and high yield markets winning back market share from private credit providers.
