Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency Awards 2024

Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency (TRI) honored Kirkland & Ellis’ European Restructuring practice with three awards: “Corporate Restructuring Lawyer of the Year” (Thomas Jemmett); “Woman of the Year” (Kate Stephenson); and “Corporate Rescue of the Year – Legal Team” for the team’s work on McDermott International – the biggest European restructuring in 2023/24 in terms of quantum, jurisdictions involved and innovation.
