Kirkland Recognized as Secondaries Law Firm of 2024 in Asia-Pacific by Secondaries Investor

Secondaries Investor named Kirkland 2024 “Secondaries Law Firm of the Year in Asia-Pacific” as part of its inaugural awards celebrating the global market’s best-in-class buyers, advisers and transactions.

Kirkland’s Asia secondaries team earned recognition for advising on more than $7 billion across the qualifying period, including 10 GP-led deals totaling $2.45 billion. Secondaries Investor also named Kirkland’s representation of lead buyers HarbourVest and LGT in ChrysCapital’s continuation fund for the National Stock Exchange of India “GP-Led Deal of the Year in Asia-Pacific,” calling it “a landmark deal in APAC” that showcased Kirkland’s “strong presence in the region.”
