Partner Seth Traxler Named Among “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers in North America” by MergerLinks

Data intelligence platform MergerLinks named Kirkland partner Seth Traxler one of the “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers in North America,” a list of the attorneys who led the greatest volume of transactions and highest-value deals in 2024.

Seth co-leads Kirkland’s global Technology & IP Transactions practice and has worked on more than 200 completed technology-intensive M&A deals, more than 125 completed carve-outs, and more than 40 joint ventures and collaborations throughout his career. He is particularly experienced with more complex aspects of dealmaking, including transactions where underwriting heavily intersects with technology and legal matters; complicated business separations involving technology and intangible assets; and advising sponsor clients on the full lifecycle of their investments.
