Billboard selected Kirkland partner Seth Traxler to its 2025 list of “Top Music Lawyers,” which recognizes those advising on the most high-profile recording deals, global tours, catalog sales and more.

Seth was profiled for his work advising longtime client Blackstone on its acquisition of Hipgnosis Songs Fund, which included navigating a competitive auction process under the oversight of the UK’s Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
