Kirkland Tops PERE’s Fund Formation 2023-2024 League Tables

Private Equity Real Estate ranked Kirkland #1 in its 2023-2024 Fund Formation league tables, which covers blind-pool private equity real estate funds and continuation funds that had a final close date between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. Kirkland led all law firms in terms of number of funds raised (16) and aggregate value ($23.9 billion).

A significant portion of Kirkland’s global investment funds practice is dedicated to fundraises focused on real assets (such as real estate, energy and infrastructure) for a broad range of top-tier sponsors, including some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors and alternative-asset managers, middle-market independents and first-time fund sponsors.
