Sierra’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation, including product liability, mass torts and intellectual property disputes. She was recognized for representing Abbott Laboratories in a high-profile lawsuit and a unanimous jury win for Constellation Brands in a major trademark dispute.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Justin has advised leading private equity firms on fund formations totaling over $21 billion in the past two years. He was additionally recognized for leading major deals with clients ECP, Francisco Partners and Frazier Healthcare.
