Four Partners Selected as Top Entertainment Attorneys in Variety’s 2025 Legal Impact Report

Variety named Kirkland partners Maggie Flores, Michael Kim, Joshua Korff and Edward Lee to its 2025 Legal Impact Report, which recognizes Hollywood’s top attorneys working on the most high-profile matters across the media and entertainment industry.

Maggie was recognized for leading Caesars Entertainment’s $500 million sale of intellectual property rights for the World Series of Poker (WSOP) brand to NSUS Group Inc., an investment group in the iGaming space that manages some of the world’s biggest iGaming brands, including GGPoker.

Michael, Josh and Ed were recognized for leading Los Angeles-based WEBTOON Entertainment’s initial public offering. WEBTOON is a global storytelling platform that enables creators and users to discover, create and share content.
