On February 4, 1999, Kirkland & Ellis partner, Thomas D. Yannucci participated in a discussion among journalists, plaintiffs' counsel and defense counsel concerning reporting on individuals' personal lives. The other panelists included Joe Conason from The New York Observer, Matt Drudge from The Drudge Report, Tony Frost from The Weekly Standard, Victor Kovner of Davis, Wright, Tremaine LLP and Richard Morris, a former political advisor to President Clinton.
