3 BigLaw Firms Partner On Southern U. Legal Workshop
In partnership with pharmaceutical company and Firm client AbbVie, Kirkland recently took part in a three-day legal academy for students at the Southern University Law Center, discussed in this article in Law360. As part of the program, partners Jon Kelley, Jeremy Fielding, Sierra Elizabeth, Rebecca Fitzpatrick and Britt Cramer led a litigation workshop.
"...The goal of the program is to train and equip diverse law students with the practical skills, knowledge and expertise necessary to become leaders among the next generation of great trial lawyers," Kelley said in a statement. "We hope to accomplish this through teaching, mentoring and significant hands-on experience."
