Kirkland & Ellis LLP Represents Firstsource Solutions in Outsourcing Deal

Kirkland & Ellis LLP has advised Firstsource Solutions Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc. in a five-year outsourcing deal for Barclays PLC's (BCS) credit card operations in the U.S. that is worth up to $80 million. Firstsource, a global BPO supplier with headquarters in Mumbai, India, will be providing customer care and collections support for Barclays' card operations in the U.S.

Kirkland intellectual property and technology transactional partner Neil S. Hirshman led the deal team with support from Matthew S. Lovell, Rebecca Piper, Keith E. Villmow, Gregory Vogelsperger, Jack N. Bernstein and Tanya E. Brady.
