The value of the transaction is confidential. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the merger clearance authorities. Unterland Flexible Packaging GmbH (www.unterland.at), with headquarters in Langkampfen, Austria, is a manufacturer of special packaging for the transport, consumer products and food industries.
