Private Equity and M&A Attorney Douglas Ryder Joins New York Office of Kirkland & Ellis
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Douglas Ryder has joined the Firm as a corporate partner in the New York office.

Mr. Ryder was previously a partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, on various merger and acquisition, financing, restructuring and general corporate matters. Mr. Ryder has represented private equity sponsors including Advent International, Apollo Global Management, CCMP Capital, Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and ONCAP Management Partners, as well as a number of public and private companies, including IAC/InterActiveCorp, AMC Entertainment and Norwegian Cruise Line.
