Kirkland & Ellis Advises iCON Infrastructure on Closing of €800 Million iCON Infrastructure Partners III
Kirkland & Ellis has advised iCON Infrastructure, a specialist infrastructure investment firm, which recently closed iCON Infrastructure Partners III. The fund was oversubscribed and held a first and final closing at its hard cap with aggregate capital commitments of €800 million. The fund, which will make infrastructure investments in Europe and North America, accepted commitments from a broad mix of global institutional investors, including endowments, foundations, family offices and fund of funds.
