Kirkland Advised SFW Capital Partners in Closing Second Fund
Kirkland represented SFW Capital Partners in forming SFW Capital Partners Fund II, LP, which held its final closing in April 2015 at its hard cap, with total commitments of more than $345 million. SFW focuses on investments in mid-size analytical tools and related services companies, including providers of instrumentation, information and software, and related business services.
Private funds partner Karen Sodke led the team, which included private funds associates Katie St. Peters and Daniel McQuade, tax partner Daniel Meehan, investment management partner Scott Moehrke, investment management associate Joon Kim, employee benefits partner Laura Bader, and legal assistant Thomas King.
