Kirkland Represents Apax Partners on its Acquisition of Dominion Marine Media from Dominion Enterprises

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Apax Partners, a leading global private equity advisory firm, on its agreement to acquire Dominion Marine Media (DMM), the leading global marine classified marketplace and marketing software solutions provider to marine brokers and dealers, from Dominion Enterprises, a subsidiary of Landmark Media Enterprises. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2016. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The full release is available here.
