Kirkland Represents The Carlyle Group on Acquisition of Arctic Glacier from H.I.G Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG), a global alternative asset manager, on its acquisition of Arctic Glacier Group Holdings, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of high-quality packaged ice, from H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity and alternative assets investment firm. The investment was made by Carlyle Global Partners, Carlyle’s long-duration investment fund.
