Kirkland Advises Kline Hill Partners on Strategic Investment from TA Associates

Kirkland & Ellis advised Kline Hill Partners, an investment firm focused on the private equity secondary market, on the sale of a minority interest to private equity firm TA Associates. The strategic partnership will support Kline Hill’s continued specialization at scale, leveraging TA’s deep experience in asset and wealth management. The transaction was announced April 29, 2025 and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
