Kirkland Advises HGGC on Investment in Denodo
Kirkland & Ellis advised HGGC, a leading middle-market private equity firm, on its investment in Denodo, the leader in the fast-growing data virtualization market. Denodo’s founder and senior management team will retain a significant ownership stake in the business. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Travis Nelson, Rodin Hai-Jew and Eva Mak.
