Kirkland Advises ArcLight Affiliate on Acquisition of Outstanding Common Units of TransMontaigne Partners for $536 Million
Kirkland & Ellis LLP counseled ArcLight Energy Partners Fund VI, L.P. (ArcLight) in its subsidiary TLP Finance Holdings, LLC’s acquisition by merger of the outstanding common units that ArcLight and its affiliates do not currently own of TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (NYSE:TLP), at a price of $41 per common unit, for an aggregate transaction value of approximately $536 million.
