Kirkland Represents H.I.G. Capital in Sale of Enerwise Global Technologies
Kirkland & Ellis represented H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm with $30 billion of equity capital under management, which announced on Dec. 21 the closing of the sale of Enerwise Global Technologies, Inc. d/b/a CPower to LS Power. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
