Kirkland Counsels Longhorn Midstream on Partnership With Old Ironsides Energy

Kirkland & Ellis advised Longhorn Midstream, a newly-formed midstream oil and gas company, on its partnership with Old Ironsides Energy, a private oil and gas investment firm. Based in Dallas, Texas, Longhorn Midstream will pursue midstream development and acquisition opportunities throughout the United States.
