Kirkland Represents BlackSand Capital in Raising of BlackSand Capital Opportunity Fund II
Kirkland & Ellis represented BlackSand Capital, LLC, a leading real-estate private equity firm in Hawaii, in raising BlackSand Capital Opportunity Fund II, with capital commitments of $326.54 million. Based on strong demand from investors, BlackSand significantly exceeded its original target of $250 million.
