Kirkland Advises Bain Capital and Carlyle on Joint Voluntary Public Takeover Offer for OSRAM
Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Private Equity and The Carlyle Group on a joint voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of OSRAM Licht AG. OSRAM is a leading lighting technology group headquartered in Munich and listed on the Frankfurt and Munich stock exchanges.The offer corresponds to an equity value for OSRAM of approx. €3.4 billion and a total enterprise value of approx. €4 billion.
