Kirkland Advises Oakley Capital and Other Principal Sellers on Sale of WebPros

Kirkland & Ellis advised the principal sellers, including Oakley Capital, on the sale of WebPros to CVC. WebPros encompasses cPanel, Plesk and WHMCS, and is a leading SaaS hosting platform for server management globally.
