Kirkland Advises Bain Capital and Dealer Tire in Acquisition of Dent Wizard

Kirkland & Ellis advised leading private equity firm Bain Capital and Dealer Tire, LLC, a national leader in replacement tire distribution for automotive dealerships, in an agreement to acquire Dent Wizard, the largest national provider of automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. Bain is the majority shareholder for purchaser Dealer Tire.
